Here at Gspeed Computing, we strive to provide excellent service for both the customer and their equipment. We have had the highest standards of service for three years running and continue to make sure that every one’s needs are met.
Based in Piedmont,California we are in the perfect location for dealing with all bay area clients. We are available 24/7 to answer your calls in person (none of those automated machines), and we are the best choice for a rapid turnaround time, offering immediate assisance for any emergencies that may catch you by surprise. Naturally, we also provide solutions for the less extreme day-to-day issues: For example, we work with clients who need assistance in picking out all the equipment required for a home or business office, or with clients who simply need help updating their current systems.
We understand that dealing with new software and a new computer system (or any electronic piece of equipment for that matter) can be overwhelming. We make sure to answer any questions you may have and that you are 100% comfortable with our work before leaving. If you still have questions or concerns, or if you simply forgot how to work a specific piece of equipment, we are more than happy to assist you. We even offer computer training to individuals who want to be able to deal with issues independently (we know most people would rather fix problems themselves than have to call a technician every time).
